RB Counselling provides professional counselling and therapy for clients across County Armagh and Northern Ireland. Based on the Lisburn Road in south Belfast, we offer both in-person sessions and online therapy for clients throughout Armagh and beyond.
Our counsellor Raymond offers a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to individual needs, including person-centred counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EMDR for trauma, psychosexual therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples. Sessions are available in person at our Belfast practice or online for clients across Armagh and County Armagh.
RB Counselling holds full accreditation with BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), COSRT (College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists), and specialist qualifications in EMDR and EFT. All sessions are fully confidential and conducted in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
